  • Attendees will receive access details, via email, within 24 hours post completion of the Live training.
  • If training is already gone live, then access details will be shared within 24 hours of your registration.
  • Access details will be shared only at registered attendee email ids. Each attendee will have unlimited viewing access for a period of 6 months.

No. Our online training sessions are in a streaming media format. You will get a unique URL and password to access your training.

We conduct our online training sessions using Cisco WebEx. Even the least tech-savvy can use the WebEx application by following few simple steps.

If you are unable to find your order id following the above instructions, then you can provide us the email id using which your account was created. Using your email id, we will investigate our records to find your purchase history.

You can find a 5-digit order id on your purchase receipt, as well as, in a system-generated order confirmation email sent to you post completion of your purchase.

An order id is a 5-digit confirmation number you receive after completing your purchase. Each purchase will have a unique order id associated with it. Order id helps us to pull out your purchase details and assist you.

Yes. Many of our training courses come with CEU credits. If you are specifically attending the session for CEUs, we strongly recommend first confirm if specific training provides credits or not.

We provide only a soft copy of the participation certificate. Once you have completed your training and assignments, please send us an email at requesting the same.
In your email, please do mention your Order id, your Full Name, and the Company Name you want on the participation certificate.
Normally, you will receive a soft copy of your certificate via email within 3 to 4 working days.

No. We do not save or store your credit or debit card details.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Check/P.O., ACH, and Wire Transfer modes.
Please note if you opt for Wire Transfer to make the payment then include USD 30 (payments from the outside USA) and USD 15 (payments from within the USA) in addition to the training cost to avoid any payment issues.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are temporarily not accepting payments via Check.

  • Access details: Please make a note access detail will be sent tothe attendee’s email id.
  • WebEx Compatibility check instructions: We will email these instructions post your purchase to ensure you do not have any access issues at the last moment.
