BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT OR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY HRComplianceInfo.com, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GIVEN BELOWAND TERMS & PRIVACY AGREEMENT.
IF YOU ARE USING ANY SERVICE AS AN EMPLOYEE, AGENT, OR CONTRACTOR OF A CORPORATION, PARTNERSHIP OR SIMILAR ENTITY, THEN YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO SIGN FOR AND BIND SUCH ENTITY IN ORDER TO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE RIGHTS GRANTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON ACCEPTANCE BY SUCH AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.

Type 1: HRComplianceInfo Cancels any Training Event


HRComplianceInfo.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training event due to lack of enrolments or inevitable circumstances beyond its control.
In such a case, all registered attendees will be notified about the cancellation of the event, via email,12 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the training event.
Upon such cancellation, registered attendees can avail any one of the below given options:

 

  • The training so cancelled can be rescheduled and by default you can opt for the new schedule. In this case no action is required at your end.
  • Swap your registration to the past recording (if available) of same training at no further charges. Access to the recording will be valid for 6 months.
  • Swap to any other training of your choice. If you choose a training that has a higher price tag then you need to pay for the difference amount.
  • Avail an online voucher worth full value of the amount you have paid. Voucher comes with an unlimited validity and can be used while making future purchases on our website.
  • Avail full refund of the amount you have paid towards cancelled training.

Important Note:

  • Cancellation notification email will be sent at the registered attendees email id only.
  • In case of a refund, amount will be refunded back to the same Credit/Debitcard, which was used for making thepayment.
  • If the payment was made using a check or wire transfer/ACH, then the amount will be refunded back either via check or ACH modes only.
  • HRComplianceInfo.com will not be responsible for any penalties or other additional expenditures (e.g. air fare, travel, stay or any other costs type) incurred due to the cancellation of the event.
  • Some topics and speakers may be subject to change without prior notice.
  • In most of the cases, it takes 7 to 10 working days to complete the refund process and amount to reflect back into your account, subject to regulatory guidelines, your account holding bank processes, bank holidays and correctness of the details submitted by you.
Type 2: Customer requests for a cancellation


If for any specific reason, attendee/s decide to cancel the registration then they must notify HRComplianceInfo.com about the cancellation

 

  • At least 3 working days prior to training start date in case of an online event.
  • At least 10 working days priorto training start date in case of an in-person event.

In such a case, attendees are eligible to opt for any one of the following given options:

  • Avail an online voucher— less a 30% of the registration amount as anadministration fee. Voucher will be valid for a period of 12 months from date of issuance and can be used while making future registrations.
  • If participant/s have registered for the LIVE version and cannot attend the session at the scheduled time, they are welcome to upgrade their order to the recorded version by paying just the difference amount.

Important Note:

  • If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above-mentioned stipulated time OR if s/he fails to attend the event, no cancellations will be accepted and no refunds shall be issued.
  • Cancellation request should raise by sending an email at support@hrcomplianceinfo.com
  • Attendee Substitutions for online and In-person events may be made at any time before start of the event.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount.
  • No refunds will be issued if you miss out on accessing the training or miss out on important notifications sent from our side, due to your failure to provide HRComplianceInfo.com with accurate attendee contact information.
Type 3: Membership or Training Pack Cancellation Policy


Clients enrolled under any membership or training pack option can cancel the service within 10 working days starting from the date of their enrollment/payment made OR before accessing 2 or lesser number of training courses, whichever falls earlier.
In such a case, attendees can opt for any one of the following given options:

 

  • Avail an online voucher— less a 30% of the registration amount as an administration fee. Voucher will be valid for a period of 12 months from date of issuance and can be used while making future purchases on our website.
  • Avail refund— less a 30% of the registration amount as an administration fee.

 

Important Note:

  • If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above-mentioned stipulated time or if s/he fails to attend the event, no refund shall be made.
