Why you should attend

One of the primary responsibilities of a business – large or small – is to operate within the confines of the law.

The harsh reality? Discrimination is evident throughout the entire employment cycle — from the top to the very bottom, before candidates even manage to get a foot in the door.

The good news is that awareness can make a huge difference.

Setting up transparent and ethical workplace hiring policies that align with your core values will also help you attract and retain the best team for your business and ensure you never break the law.

In this webinar, we will:

  • Discuss various types of discrimination, how it currently looks in the workplace, and ways you’re likely perpetuating discrimination without realizing it, and how you can rectify it.
  • Examine and give best practices of effective and a liability free hiring process
  • Discuss how to avoid discriminating against someone because of a protected characteristic while in process of employing someone for wages.
