Course Description

Nothing has more of an impact on organizational productivity than creating an environment where everyone is motivated to their best work. And nothing hinders that productivity more than the barriers that limit one’s ability to make that contribution.

  1. Do your employees feel supported?
  2. Does everyone get a fair chance at internal opportunities?
  3. Do leaders and managers recognize employee contributions?
  4. Do they have the information they need to succeed at their jobs?

Most employees’ perception of fairness relates more to their day-to-day experiences — and these perceptions have a significant business impact.

As per Gartner HR Research Report 82% of Employees Report Working Environment Lacks Fairness. Creating a fairer employee experience will be the most important initiative for HR executives & Leaders in 2022!

In this interactive webinar, LeRoy Thompson will:

  • Address approaches to a broad definition of diversity, including gender, ethnicity, functional, individual, and generational diversity.
  • The interpersonal skills and organizational strategies learnt can be employed to attract, retain, and leverage a talented multicultural workforce.

As the need for diversity, equity, and inclusion become even more widespread, Leaders have the daunting task of figuring how to put it in practice.

Why you should attend

We have been living through greatest workplace disruptions and pace is not going to slow down. Leaders and Managers mindsets and skill sets need to change from managing tasks to managing the full experience of employees. Else the great resignation will shift to the sustained resignation.

In this webinar, LeRoy Thompson, a Harvard Graduate, will help executives, managers, supervisors, and staff:

  • To bridge the gap between the will to address diversity, equity, and inclusion and the strategy to get it done.
  • You’ll be able to fuse creative ideas with analytical rigor to propose data-driven recommendations to enhance the culture.
  • In turn, you can make smart decisions leading to maximized productivity on the inside, and how best to serve the needs of customer, members, constituents and stakeholders on the outside.

At the end of the day the success of any DEI project is to foster whatever changes in behaviors are required to ensure that the workplace embodies organizational values.

It has to be recognized that there are critical stages that need to be addressed or else more damage than benefit can result.
